AdiOrbit collects the minimum data needed to sell, license and support our software. We do not sell personal data.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), order and license records, download history, support conversations, and basic technical data such as IP address for security and abuse prevention.
2. License activation data
When you activate a product, we store a one-way hash of a device identifier, an optional device name and the activation time. We cannot reconstruct your device identifier from this hash.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure your account, issue and validate licenses, deliver downloads, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Retention
We keep account and license records for as long as your account exists and as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to support@adiorbit.com.
