These terms govern your use of AdiOrbit's website, software products and services. By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Licenses
Software is licensed, not sold. A license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product on up to the number of devices stated for that license, for the license period.
You may not resell, share, reverse engineer or circumvent the licensing of any product, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Purchases
Purchases are confirmed manually after payment is received. A license is issued to your account once the order is confirmed.
4. Updates and support
Updates released during your license period are included. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through the channels listed on our contact page.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or revoke licenses and accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks or violations of these terms.
6. Liability
Software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant license.
